Anaheim office space sits in three main places. The Platinum Triangle along Katella, State College and Gene Autry Way near Angel Stadium and ARTIC, where mid-rise offices and new mixed-use buildings house corporate tenants.

Corporate Offices in Anaheim

What Anaheim corporate offices need from a low voltage contractor

Anaheim Canyon, where office parks on La Palma, Kraemer and Tustin mix with the industrial buildings and hold engineering, logistics and professional firms. And downtown around Anaheim Boulevard, Harbor and Center Street, with older buildings and city-adjacent professional offices.

The requests are the same everywhere: cable a new suite before move-in, fix the Wi-Fi so the conference room stops freezing, put a reader on the suite door so keys stop circulating, and set up a meeting room that starts with one touch. We handle the whole build-out under one C-7 license, work with the building engineer and property manager, and leave a labeled, documented network behind. Flat-rate IT support from $349 a month is available if you want us to keep running it.

Office buildouts have hard dates: the lease starts, the movers come, the team shows up Monday. We coordinate with your general contractor and property manager, pull cable before the ceilings close, and have your network, Wi-Fi, doors and conference rooms working before the first day.

The problems we get called for

  • Office moves and buildouts on a landlord's timeline
  • Cabling that was never labeled and no one can trace
  • Front-door security and after-hours access for staff and cleaners
  • Conference rooms where the first ten minutes are spent on cables

What we install

  • Cat6/Cat6A cabling for every desk, printer, access point and phone
  • Access control at suite doors and elevators with mobile credentials
  • Cameras at reception, entries and parking
  • Conference-room AV with one-touch Teams or Zoom calling
  • Heat-mapped Wi-Fi and flat-rate IT support

Local knowledge

Corporate Offices across Anaheim

Platinum Triangle buildings tend to be newer, with accessible ceilings and good risers, so tenant cabling is fast if the schedule is coordinated with the property manager. Canyon office parks are often single-story with long runs and shared telecom rooms, which need careful planning. Downtown offices in the Colony have plaster, brick and surprises. Office tenants near OCVibe and the stadium should also plan for the construction traffic on Katella and Douglass through 2027. We know all three areas, and we scope the job on a free site survey before quoting.

Cameras that stop theft, not just record it

AI Camera Monitoring watches your Anaheim property around the clock, warns intruders off with live audio the moment they step on site, and escalates real threats with video-verified dispatch. It works with cameras we install and, in most cases, with the cameras you already have.

$1 per camera per day on a schedule · $1.50 for 24/7 · first month free

Book your free assessment by September 30 and your first month of monitoring is free.

Common questions

Corporate Offices in Anaheim — questions we get

How long does it take to cable a new office suite in the Platinum Triangle?

For a typical suite with a few dozen drops, the install is usually a few days once the property manager approves the schedule and the permit is in hand. What stretches it is ceiling access, riser space and whether furniture is already in. We walk the suite on a free site survey, count drops with you and give you a written timeline before your move-in date.

Can you install access control on just our suite door in an Anaheim office building?

Yes. A single-door system with a reader, an electric strike or maglock and phone or fob credentials is a common job for offices in the Canyon and downtown. It works alongside the building's lobby system. We coordinate with the building engineer on door hardware and with Anaheim Fire and Rescue on egress, and you can add doors later without starting over.

Who fixes bad conference room Wi-Fi and video in Anaheim offices?

ITECH2 does. Usually the room has no access point of its own and a display that depends on someone's laptop dongle. We survey the wireless, add a dedicated access point on Cat6A, and install a one-touch room system with camera and microphone. Offices along State College, Katella and La Palma are our regular calls. When should cabling be installed in an office buildout?

After framing and before drywall or drop-ceiling tiles go in. That is when pathways are open and the cost is lowest. Call us when you sign the lease and we will coordinate with your contractor.

Can you handle an office move including IT?

Yes. We cable the new space, move or replace the network gear, set up Wi-Fi and doors, and support your staff on day one under a flat monthly rate.

Do you install access control in leased office suites?

Yes. Suite doors, interior doors and, with building management approval, elevator and lobby access can be on your own system with mobile credentials.
